www.hesa.com.au and to print, sign and return to HeSA an Agreement along
with Evidence of Identity documents.

Register for HIC Online prior to using HIC Online
Before submitting transactions through HIC Online, all health care providers
must register for HIC Online through the web-based registration facility below.
Providers should also ensure their practice has completed the HIC Online
Practice Details form prior to making their first HIC Online transmission.

and faxed.

When HeSA
has received and processed the provider's signed HIC Online Agreement, HeSA will
notify the provider that they have been registered for HIC Online

Requirements
The PKI
Certificate application must be completed on line as must the GP Registration
for HIC Online.
