63,000 square kilometres, including the towns of Baradine, Coolah, Coonabarabran, Coonamble, Dubbo, Dunedoo,  Gilgandra, Gulgong, Mudgee, Narromine, Nyngan, Peak Hill, Trangie, Warren, Wellington.

As at 30th June 2009 there were 85 GPs practicing in the Division area, of which 40 practice in Dubbo and 45 practice in the region. Additionally there were 13 GP Registrars practicing in Coonabarabran, Coonamble, Dubbo, Gilgandra, Mudgee, Narromine and Wellington.
