Pre-Diabetes Lifestyle Modification Program (lmp)- Alisha Cooper, dietitican

An LMP is a subsidised group education program which provides participants with information about diabetes, lifestyle risk factors and the importance of regular diabetes screening. LMPs help participants to make healthy lifestyle changes around physical activity, weight loss and nutrition and to stay motivated.
